Reduce the risk of foreign matter contamination! Efficient layout construction through the relocation of chemical tanks, various manufacturing equipment, and transport devices.
We would like to introduce a case study of solving customer issues at a paper processing company.
In order to receive OEM contracts from a major manufacturer, it was necessary to improve the production environment. This involved renovating aging buildings and infrastructure such as piping, as well as reviewing the complex layout of equipment to enhance production efficiency.
As a result, existing steel frames and beams were reused as much as possible after confirming their strength, achieving a reduction in construction time and costs.
Consequently, without causing any foreign matter contamination incidents, a clear flow line was established, which shortened the distance for movement and improved productivity.
